Can I customize my bouquet or arrangement?
*We welcome any input on flower varieties or color schemes that you have in mind.  We will make every attempt to fill your requests within reason and if product is seasonally available.

What is the best way to take care of my flowers and arrangements?
*The life of flowers/arrangements can be anywhere from 5-7 days on average if taken care of properly by following the steps below.  Some flowers can even last longer with proper care.

1.The lifeblood of any cut flower is clean fresh water. Change the water every 2-3 days and keep the water level full in the container or vase that your flowers are kept in.  A good sign that you need to change the water is that it is getting cloudy or beginning to turn yellow in color. This is a sign of bacterial growth. Also, use the floral food packet that came with your flowers when changing the water.  Make sure to mix the flower food thoroughly with clean water and add to your vase.

2. Recut the end of your flower stems with sharp pruners, scissors or a knife at the same time you change the water.  This allows stems to be reopened and absorb water freely.  Also, pull off and strip any foliage that falls under the water level.

3. Keep your flowers/arrangement out of direct sunlight and away from any heat source.  Cut flowers love cool temperatures and last longer when stored in a cool location.

4. Have fun! Each flower in your arrangement has a different life span and some will last longer than others.  As flowers go bad, remove the old blooms and rearrange into a new design for longer enjoyment.  Let your inner designer come out!
